Student Organisation is a vehicle and means of self-development of students of the Faculty of Psychology, Islamic University of Riau (UIR) towards broadening their horizons and creating scholarship and integrity of personality, behaviour to achieve quality higher education goals. Student organisations at the Faculty of Psychology UIR consist of:
A. BEM is the highest executive body at the faculty level as well as the coordinator of student activities at the Faculty level under the guidance of the vice dean III for Student Affairs and Alumni.
B. FSI Al Furqan is a student activity unit that accommodates students to colour the faculty of psychology with Islamic values and become a forum for the formation of militant da’wah cadres who have Islamic fighting values.
Vision: walking together to build hope for the achievement of an academic person with Islamic values.
Mission:
C. MAPEDALHI or Students Care for Nature and Environment MAPPSY is a student activity unit that accommodates students to colour the faculty of psychology as a forum that unites and channels interests, love and concern for the natural environment and society, and makes this forum a means of research and development that can be used for more positive purposes.
The vision of MAPPSY Students Caring for Nature and the Environment (Mapedalhi) is to form members with quality, character and play an active role in saving the environment and community service based on God Almighty.
The mission of MAPPSY Care for Nature and Environment (Mapedalhi) Students are:
D. PSIMEDIA is a student activity unit that accommodates students to colour the faculty of psychology as a forum that unites and channels interests in the media field, such as social media which is one of the partners of the Faculty of Psychology, Riau Islamic University.
Based on the vision and mission in line with its name, optimising potential in the media field by studying and researching the development of psychological science and technology in driving this organisation.
